There is really no restriction on number of photos that you can upload. I have upload many GBs of photos to Shutterfly, and have never received any type of alert from them. Shutterfly prominently mentions on its website that it has never deleted any photo.

Shutterfly lets you easily share photos with your friends and family. For that, Shutterfly lets you easily create your photo sharing website with your own URL (like shutterfly.com/john_family). You can share this URL with all your friends and family. You are free to decide which photos you want to share. Your friends do not need to signup or login to see your photo gallery.

The Art Shop- near by the MIA Institute at Taman Melawati , Kuala Lumpur.

I was there in the Wisma TRC, Taman Melawati. I found there will a couple great shop there but the problem is the shops open till 7pm, I only managed to get one of the shop -KEDAI BAHAN SENI LUKIS. They sells pretty of art materials and included the sketched canvas.
