FAQ

1. Are prices displayed included postal fee?
Prices displayed are excluding postal fee. You may choose your delivery method during placing the order and system will show you the cost you have to pay.
2. Is the measurements stated accurate?
Measurements stated in the product details are only for your reference, there might be a differences of 0.5-2.0cm vary to the real item.
3. What if I have difficulties in doing purchase in this website?
You can always seek assistance from our customer service, we will help you in how to use our system easily and effectively. You could find me in live chat or drop me an-email by contact us.

4. What should I do in order to have my order proceed as fast as possible?
You can make payment immediately once you have submitted your order and notify us. Online payment system is ready for you after you submitted your order. Regular customers can also deposit an amount of money in your account, we will deduct from your account when you make purchase and can send out your goods in the shortest time.
5. Why Buy from us?

6. Any Gift Voucher will be provided ?
Yes ! from time to time, during some special event or promotional period, we may send out gift voucher via email to our valued customer, or our valued customers will also be able to request for a gift voucher after a certain amount of spending. We will make sure that these gift vouchers are securely stored on our database, but we are unable to replace if a gift voucher sent to you is lost, or is stolen and used by anyone. If any gift voucher is found to be obtained by inappropriate ways such as falsifying the voucher, we reserve the rights not to honor or disable those vouchers.
7. What happen if the delivery delay?
The delivery schedule and information is stated as a guideline only, and it is a representation of the shipping schedule as received by the courier company or based on most of our previous deliveries to the specific localities.
We are unable to guarantee that the parcel are always delivered in the stipulated time, especially when there are any irregularities due to holiday, flight delay, union strike, weather, natural disaster and others.
You will be able to track the parcel using the tracking number that we will provide to you when the order is dispatched, and you are encouraged to contact us if you have any question on the delivery of your order.
8. What product can I return and how is the refund of the money?
If you would like to return the product that has been received, you may return any new/unused product back to us in within the 7 days period after your order has been delivered to you. For others country the return date is upon mutual conversation via email. You are required to communicate with us in within 7 days with your order number, product catalog number, and the reason for returning the product, and the product should arrived at our warehouse in within 15 days from the day your order has been delivered.
The cost of postage and responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches our warehouse, we are not responsible if the item is not delivered. You have the option to choose from any shipping method that will deliver back to us, but it is strongly recommended that a traceable method such as registered air mail or courier is being used for the return.
We are unable to accept return on certain product that was marked with (*) on the product name for hygienic reason, any items that has been used, stained or were not returned with complete accessories. If we find that the product is not suitable for a return after inspection, we reserve the sole discretion to refuse the return request. In any event, we will usually communicate with the sender in within 1 working day on the return that has been received and also confirming the action that we have taken.
All return goods if we received within the said period. You are entertain to claim on the cost on the product but not on the value you purchased on the product.
For example :
A product : sold USD 100.00 ( included USD20.00 postage paid )
A product : cost USD 100.00 – USD 20.00 – 20 % of profit ( vary and depend on the profit margin on each product )
A product’s return cost will be USD 64.00 ( if the product in good situation and unused package )
